here we go yo… nasu dengaku

alright i’m going to try it tonight. i LOVE eating grilled eggplant with miso in japanese restaurants…so sweet and smokey… and it seems easy enough to make so i shall tackle it tonight. i’ve decided not to follow a recipe (because i’m a cooking badass) and i’m just going to cut the eggplant in half, criss cross it like the pic above (because it’s pretty), smother it with miso paste and throw it on the bbq. hope it works!
